Customer Service Administrator (Temporary)
Redhill, Surrey
£13.50 – £15.50 per hour
Temporary Contract | September/October Start | Approx. 6 Months
Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
What you'll be doing:
- Providing excellent customer service via phone, email and written correspondence.
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Liaising with internal departments and third parties and provide updates.
- Processing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Updating internal systems with detailed notes and case information.
- Supporting the wider team with general administration duties.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with service standards and deadlines.
About you:
- Has previous customer service and/or administration experience.
- Is confident communicating with customers over the phone and via email.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is organised, proactive and has great attention to detail.
- Enjoys problem-solving and finding solutions.
- Can manage a busy workload while remaining calm and professional.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
