About Us: Prospero Health and Social Care is a trusted provider of staffing solutions across the UK, with extensive experience in the health and social care sector. We are currently seeking experienced Children's Support Workers to join our team in Buckinghamshire.
Role Overview: As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and young people, helping them build resilience and develop positive coping strategies. You will work closely with families, schools, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for service users. This is a flexible role ideal for professionals committed to delivering high-quality support to children and families in need.
Requirements: · At least 6 months experience working with children and young people in a support role · Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles · Ability to work flexibly across different settings · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Please note: We cannot offer employment for sponsorship or Skilled Worker visas for this role
