The role: To support the end-to-end processing of the monthly payrolls for circa 15,000 employees via an outsourced payroll solution (iTrent/Midland HR). To be a proactive member of a professional payroll team that works with our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of starters and leavers.
- Validate the payroll output from the time and attendance system.
- Calculation and processing pay supporting the process where needed.
- Process and validate all manual payroll adjustments.
- Administration of pension schemes and auto enrolment.
- Administration and reconciliation of various schemes
- Calculation and processing of out of cycle payments
- Assist with administration of end of year processes.
- Support the payroll requirements of acquisitions, mergers, and integrations.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience of working in a high-volume data entry/admin role in a finance/payroll function
- Ability to analyse problems and data accurately.
- A keen interest in finance
