£30,000–£40,000 + benefits + progression
A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a contractor delivering Construction and M&E projects across commercial, industrial and general contracting environments. This position offers long-term stability, a supportive working environment and clear progression into Project Management or M&E Coordination.
The Role
The Construction Project Coordinator supports both the Construction and M&E teams, ensuring projects run smoothly from early planning through to delivery. The role involves coordinating information, managing documentation, supporting site teams and maintaining strong communication across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Construction and M&E teams with day to day project coordination
- Manage drawings, RAMS, specifications and technical documentation
- Track project actions, deadlines and programme updates
- Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation and project reporting
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate project records, logs and trackers
- Support procurement schedules, quotations and material tracking
- Assist with handover packs and project close out documentation
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in construction, M&E or project support
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Good IT capability including Excel and project systems
- Detail focused, proactive and keen to progress
