We are working with a Top 10 UK firm to find a Share Schemes Associate Director to join the team-someone who thrives on leadership, client engagement, and innovative share scheme solutions. Deliver expert tax advice on share plans and incentive structures, guiding implementations smoothly.

What we're looking for:

Experience in Share Plans or Reward teams within accountancy, law, or consulting firms.

Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ATT, CTA, ACA, or Solicitor).

Strong client management and project leadership skills.

A passion for producing high-quality work and fostering positive client relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
