We are working with a Top 10 UK firm to find a Share Schemes Associate Director to join the team-someone who thrives on leadership, client engagement, and innovative share scheme solutions. What you'll do:

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business and incentive needs, designing tailored employee incentive schemes.

Deliver expert tax advice on share plans and incentive structures, guiding implementations smoothly.

What we're looking for:

Experience in Share Plans or Reward teams within accountancy, law, or consulting firms.

Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ATT, CTA, ACA, or Solicitor).

Strong client management and project leadership skills.

A passion for producing high-quality work and fostering positive client relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
