Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary looking to join a supportive, well-established law firm where you'll be valued and have opportunities to grow?
We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Kent law firm that's known for its friendly culture, excellent staff retention and long-term career opportunities.
The Role
You'll be supporting a busy Residential Conveyancing team with a variety of duties, including:
- Audio typing and dictation
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Managing client calls and diaries
- Legal searches and file management
- Supporting exchanges and completions
- Using a case management system
What we're looking for
- Previous Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary experience
- Experience with exchanges and completions
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, positive attitude
