Location: Field Based – Wales, Most of Herefordshire, Western & Central Worcestershire. Western Gloucestershire, South-Western Shropshire

About the Company
Our client is a well-established and respected business with a strong presence across the UK retail sector. They partner with leading retailers, independent stores and forecourts, providing high-quality products and outstanding customer service. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Field Sales Representative to join their successful sales team.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and developing business. You'll manage an established territory covering 100% Wales, Most of Herefordshire, Western & Central Worcestershire. Western Gloucestershire, South-Western Shropshire, growing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing customer base.
- Identify and win new business opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular visits.
- Achieve sales targets and maximise account performance.
- Ensure products are well merchandised and available in-store.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
About You
- Previous field sales or customer-facing sales experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, target-driven approach.
- A full UK driving licence.
