Academics are currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across our network of partner schools throughout Shipley and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring educators to develop their teaching skills while gaining exposure to a range of classroom settings, age groups, and school environments. There is also a great opportunity to work within a variety of partner schools before the end of this academic year, helping you build valuable experience and establish strong relationships ahead of September opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have recently achieved QTS or be due to qualify shortly
- Be passionate about education and supporting young people
- Have strong communication and classroom management skills
- Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Be committed to developing their confidence and teaching practice
