THE ROLE
As an Event Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full end to end management for some of their largest and most prestigious automotive clients – taking the lead on projects from brief through to delivery.
As an Event Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
– Managing events from brief through to delivery
– Creating proposals and pitching
– Sourcing and negotiation with venues and other suppliers
– Liaising closely with internal teams
– Managing full delegate registration and logistics
– Preparing and reconciling budgets
– Overseeing the successful delivery of events onsite
– Building and developing client relationships
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be an Event Project Manager within an event agency and must have a proven background in delivering a broad range of events, working collaboratively with production and creative teams.
Experience of dealing with multiple suppliers and managing budgets is essential and any exposure to managing automotive events would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. More importantly we are looking for an Event Project Manager who is driven, hard working and has a passion for delivering exiting events internationally!
