Pay: £13 per hour and OT paid at £19.50 per hour after 37.5 hours
Contract: Temporary, ongoing

About the Role
We’re recruiting several Picking & Packing Warehouse Operatives to support a busy warehouse operation in Skelmersdale. Your main responsibility will be accurately selecting, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch, ensuring workflow runs smoothly throughout the day.
This role suits someone organised, reliable and confident working with physical stock and basic warehouse systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Order picking – selecting items accurately according to pick lists
- Packing goods – preparing products securely for shipment
- Stock organisation – sorting, arranging and replenishing inventory
- Labelling & scanning – using simple systems to record stock movement
- Re-packing tasks – correcting packaging issues when required
- General warehouse duties – supporting loading, unloading and housekeeping
- Maintaining a clean, safe working environment in line with warehouse standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail – accuracy is essential in picking and packing
- Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in warehouse, picking, packing or manufacturing is desirable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
