I’m working with a training provider who are looking to bring in a Water Treatment Trainer to support delivery across their programmes.
The role
- Deliver water treatment training to apprentices and existing engineers
- Teaching areas focused on reverse osmosis, filtration systems, water treatment processes and equipment
- Support both initial training and upskilling programmes
- Deliver a mix of classroom and practical-based sessions
- Travel to client sites across the UK as required
- Support learners through training, assessments and progression
What they’re looking for
- Strong background in water treatment (reverse osmosis, filtration, plant systems etc.)
- Open to trainers or experienced engineers/technicians looking to move into training
- Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting others beneficial
- Teaching / assessing qualifications beneficial but not essential (can be supported)
- Comfortable delivering to groups and representing the provider on client sites
- Willingness to travel nationwide
