Tony Alan is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a well-established organisation in East Sussex to recruit an HR Projects Coordinator on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.

Working as part of the HR team and reporting to the Senior HR Change Programme Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a range of HR and people-related projects. This position would suit someone who enjoys coordinating multiple workstreams, keeping projects on track and working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
Such duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Assist in planning and coordinating projects (HR), helping to define project scope, resource requirements and delivery plans.
- Support the successful delivery of multiple projects by coordinating activities, monitoring progress and working closely with project teams and stakeholders.
- Build effective relationships with project sponsors and colleagues to ensure projects remain on schedule and key milestones are achieved.
- Support procurement and implementation activities, helping to identify solutions that meet business requirements and provide best value.
The successful candidate will have proven project management experience, ideally gained within an HR or organisational change environment. You'll be confident coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and using data and insight to support decision-making and drive successful project outcomes.
My client is looking for someone who is highly organised, adaptable and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a collaborative approach and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting the delivery of people-focused projects and change initiatives
