We are currently recruiting for a Junior Commercial Property Agent for our client based in Bishop's Stortford.
The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in commercial property with some experience in agency or a sales environment.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Junior Commercial Property Consultant:
- Basic £25,000 – £27,000
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm

Responsibilities for the role of Junior Commercial Property Consultant:
- Working across a mixed portfolio of commercial property instructions
- Inspecting, measuring and valuing properties for sale, letting or acquisition
- Preparing marketing materials and reports
- Conducting viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
- Negotiating deal terms and preparing heads of terms
- Liaising with solicitors and clients through to completion
Key Skills for the role of Junior Commercial Property Consultant:
- Some experience in agency or a sales environment
- Enthusiastic
- Good people skills
- Willingness to learn
- Keen attitude
- Ability to work in a varied role
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
