Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £25,000–£30,000 basic DOE + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays

Our client, a well-established and highly respected independent estate agency based in Cheltenham, is looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced negotiator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding results.
The Role
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, building strong relationships with buyers and vendors, and contributing to the continued success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering applicants and identifying their property requirements.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors.
- Progressing sales through to completion while maintaining regular communication with all parties.
- Generating valuations and identifying new business opportunities.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance objectives.
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.
About You
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A proactive, target-driven approach with a genuine passion for property.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred/required depending on the client's requirements).
