Are you looking to build your career in marketing with a globally focused business? We're seeking an enthusiastic and organised Marketing Assistant to join a busy marketing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with energy, creativity and a willingness to learn. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of brand, product and marketing activities while supporting exciting projects and working alongside experienced marketing professionals.
The Role
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll provide essential support across brand management, innovation and marketing administration, helping to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
This varied position offers excellent exposure to product launches, packaging, artwork management and brand communications, making it ideal for someone looking to develop a long-term career in marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update brand information within the Product Information Management (PIM) system
- Support brand consistency by checking packaging, colour and print proofs
- Prepare packaging copy documents and review artwork to ensure accuracy
- Update PowerPoint presentations for project meetings
- Upload briefs to artwork management systems and organise marketing assets and internal files
- Manage print proofs and colour charts to ensure they remain organised and accessible
- Support product photo shoots by coordinating samples and liaising with production teams
- Assist with innovation projects, including artwork approvals, packaging uploads and project trackers
- Provide budget administration support to help monitor marketing spend
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, including the use of AI and new technologies
- Support the wider marketing team with a variety of administrative and project-based tasks
About You

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
