Graduate Teaching Assistant – Primary School (Full-Time) Location: Coalville, Leicestershire Salary: £100 – £105 per day Start Date: September Contract Type: Full-Time
Aspire People are excited to be recruiting on behalf of one of our trusted partner primary schools in Coalville for a full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team this September.

You'll work closely with experienced teachers, supporting pupils both academically and personally while developing the skills needed for a successful career in education.
What You'll Be Doing: Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Support pupils through one-to-one and small group interventions. Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment. Prepare classroom resources and assist with daily classroom activities. Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and participation in lessons. Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to meet the needs of all learners.
What We're Looking For: A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree. Previous experience working with children is highly desirable, whether through schools, tutoring, coaching, childcare, youth work, or volunteering. Full-time availability, Monday to Friday. A genuine interest in pursuing a career within education. A positive, enthusiastic, and hardworking attitude. Strong communication and organisational skills. The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Adaptable, resilient, and willing to take initiative in a busy school environment.
