Store Re-Fit Operative (Temporary)
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Temporary Store Re-Fit Operative to join our well-established client based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable logistics operation.
This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Picker Packer, Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant.
Shifts: Monday – Friday: 08:30am – 04:30pm
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Store re-fit operative (temporary) , your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Unpacking goods
• Moving items around the store
• Moving materials, loading and unloading goods
• cleaning and tidying
• Carrying out basic assembly and preparation tasks
• Completing stock checks and basic documentation
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
• Working closely with colleagues across manufacturing and warehouse teams
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Store re-fit operative (temporary) , you will need:
• Experience within warehousing
• Confident using hand tools and related equipment
• Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
• Able to follow instructions and work safely
Training Provided
- Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
