Primary School Teacher (Full-Time) Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire Salary: £140 – £170 per day (DOE) Start Date: September Contract Type: Full-Time

Aspire People are proud to be working in partnership with one of our valued primary schools in Hinckley to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher for a full-time role starting in September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and supportive school where you will have the chance to teach across a variety of year groups, depending on the needs of the school and your experience. Whether your strengths lie in EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on pupils' learning and development.

The school is looking for a teacher who can inspire young learners, deliver engaging lessons, and create a positive classroom environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum. Create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment. Adapt teaching to meet the individual needs of all pupils. Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress. Promote positive behaviour and maintain high expectations in the classroom. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils. Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

The Ideal Candidate: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential. Has experience teaching within a UK primary school. Is confident teaching across different primary age groups. Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. Is passionate about delivering engaging and inspiring lessons. Is enthusiastic, reliable, adaptable, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child. Possesses excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
