We're partnering with a specialist life insurer looking to hire a Financial Risk Analyst to join its second-line risk function, working closely with senior risk and investment stakeholders across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide oversight and challenge across credit risk, ALM and investment activities
- Support risk review of BPA transactions, reinsurance arrangements and strategic initiatives
- Monitor financial risks and contribute to risk reporting for senior committees
- Support ORSA production and wider Solvency UK activities
- Participate in internal model validation and risk framework development
- Work directly with senior stakeholders across risk, actuarial and investment teams
About You
- Part-qualified actuary or actuarial professional
- Background in life insurance, investments, pensions or financial risk
- Good understanding of credit risk, ALM or investment risk
- Knowledge of the UK regulatory environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide constructive challenge
- Curious, proactive and keen to broaden your risk expertise
