The Role

  • Join a highly regarded Creditor Services team experiencing continued growth.
  • Manage a varied caseload of specialist litigation and enforcement matters.
  • Handle bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings.
  • Conduct contested insolvency applications.
  • Manage Order for Sale applications.
  • Deal with County Court and High Court litigation.
  • Undertake Magistrates' Court proceedings.
  • Work closely alongside solicitors and qualified insolvency practitioners, providing clients with a seamless and commercially focused service.
  • Act for a diverse client base including local authorities, national energy suppliers and commercial organisations.
  • Become part of a Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked Recoveries team with a reputation for technical excellence and market-leading expertise.
  • Enjoy exposure to complex, high-quality work that will continually develop your litigation and insolvency knowledge.

You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Litigation Lawyer with relevant fee-earning experience.
  • Confident managing your own caseload while delivering exceptional client service.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a specialist team.
  • Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail.
  • Keen to continue developing your technical expertise and progress your career within a leading regional practice.
