Accounts Assistant
Gloucester – £26 – £30k (DOE)

A growing organisation in Gloucester are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in accounts to contribute to the financial operations of the business. This is a full time, permanent position.

The Role:
· Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
· Supporting bank reconciliations, payment runs and credit control activity
· Assisting with month-end tasks and maintaining accurate finance records
· Responding to supplier and customer queries in a professional manner
· Providing general administrative support to the wider finance function
Person Requirements:
· Previous experience as an accounts, finance or bookkeeping role
· Good attention to detail
· Working towards AAT is advantageous
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines
· Comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
· Positive, reliable and professional approach to work
