cer Financial are working alongside an internal bank who are based in the City of London. They are seeking a receptionist to work with them on a temporary basis.
The responsibilities of the Receptionist will include:
- Manage and maintain the presentation and security of front of house under the direction of the Head of Facilities & Administration.
- Greet all visitors.
- Maintain departmental needs by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Receive inbound calls for the Bank and distribute to the relevant departments, answering or referring relevant enquiries where appropriate.
Experience / Knowledge:
- Several years in a customer services/front of house role desirable
- Experience in liaising with visitors, clients & stakeholders of all levels and cultures/backgrounds
- Knowledge of financial markets
- Calendar Management skills
- Ability to interact with business customers across all levels
