Your Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload of fast-track personal injury claims, including:
- Employer Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), Occupier’s Liability (OL) & Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
- Handling claims from start to finish, including litigation where necessary
- Preparing key court documents (e.g., claim forms, particulars of claim, schedules of loss)
- Liaising with experts, clients and counsel
- Instructing and briefing counsel
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 years’ experience managing a fast-track personal injury caseload
- Experience handling EL/PL and RTA claims
- Ideally litigation experience & knowledge of CPR procedures
- Understanding of the MoJ Portal
- To be a Solicitor or Legal Executive (with practicing rights) is essential
