In this role, the successful Production Planner/Administration or similar will be responsible for general MRP Management, scheduling both material requirements as well as monitoring stock levels to ensure a smooth production process. In addition, you will also be responsible for creating and controlling production build documentation. On top of this, you will also be responsible for both interdepartmental as well as customer liaison, expediting orders and dealing with delivery issues as and when needed. Finally, you will assist the operations team to optimize delivery strategies, including work order workflows.
The ideal Production Planner/Administrator or similar will come from a background within the Engineering/Manufacturing/Production sector or a related field. In addition, you will also have prior practical experience within a Production Planner/Administrator role or a similar position. On top of this, you will be computer literate, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office software's. Finally, you will have strong organisational, communicational and analytical skills, with the ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team.
