A well-established and expanding law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Residential Conveyancer / Executive to play a key role within its Manchester city centre office. This is a senior opportunity suited to an experienced conveyancer seeking greater responsibility, including supporting the development, structure, and performance of a residential property team, alongside managing a busy caseload.
You will be expected to build up and manage a caseload of residential property matters, utilising the firm’s extensive network of industry contacts as well as your own market knowledge. As work increases, you will play an active role in helping to shape and grow the conveyancing function, supporting junior team members and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the department.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will have at least 5 years’ experience managing a varied caseload of transactions and have a track record in supporting and supervising team members. You will be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise across all aspects of residential conveyancing, and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
You will be joining the firm as it expands its Manchester operation and be instrumental in the team’s success.
