I am currently working with a well established recruitment business (approaching 10 years trading) that is experiencing significant growth and looking to hire multiple consultants across their offices.
Due to increased demand, they are expanding the team by 7 heads and are keen to speak with recruiters specialising in M&E or construction, particularly those with temp desk experience.

No threshold, earn from the very first £ billed
10% commission from day one
Tiered structure up to 40% with no ceiling
Strong earning potential for motivated billers

What They’re Looking For
Experience in recruitment (ideally temp desks)
Background in construction or M&E (preferred but not essential)
Driven, resilient and commercially minded individuals
Someone who thrives in a fast paced, high energy environment
