Headquartered in central London, they are a highly entrepreneurial, high-growth business with ambitious expansion plans. As part of this growth, they are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to join their dynamic Customer Success team.

The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of the post-sale customer journey, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the platform and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing onboarding, training, and ongoing customer engagement
- Driving product adoption and ensuring full utilisation of services
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from analysts to C-suite
- Acting as the main point of contact for client queries across email, phone, and chat
- Monitoring customer health metrics and usage data to identify risks and growth opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Product, Editorial, Marketing) to enhance the customer experience
- Acting as the voice of the customer, contributing to product development and improvements
About You
- 2-3+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
- Proven ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders
- Experience within a B2B subscription-based environment (ideally financial markets, data, or SaaS)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and quick to learn
- Collaborative team player with a hands-on approach
- Able to work from the London office 3 days per week
