Your role
As a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you’ll support customers with travel-related queries and deliver a seamless experience across multiple channels.
You will:
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide clear, efficient, and empathetic solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Stay up to date with promotions and company updates
- Work closely with your team to maintain excellent service standards
What you’ll need
- Fluent German and English
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- A proactive, positive attitude and desire to succeed
