JDI Legal – legal recruitment specialists based here in the region are currently working with several firms in the Tyne and Wear region who are looking to make an appointment of a residential conveyancer.
These are full time roles and will involve inheriting a caseload of transactions, mostly Sales and Purchases with some transfer of equity, new build and remortgage, shared ownership. Caseloads can vary from 40 – 80 matters.
My clients are a range of high street firms to larger legal 500 firms, a real mixed bag.
We have roles which can suit qualified and unqualified individuals so whether your experience has been gained through work experience alone or you have professional qualifications and completed your training contract, I would love to hear from you.
There are positions which involve running a caseload of private and referrer work and some of the clients are offering some hybrid working too, which is not something thats too common in conveyancing.
