An ambitious and growing communications agency is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its specialist B2B team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented communications professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering integrated campaigns that drive measurable business results.
Working across a portfolio of professional services, technology, and business services clients, you will play a key role in developing and delivering impactful PR, content, social media, and digital communications strategies.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in a B2B agency environment who is looking to broaden their expertise beyond traditional PR and take ownership of client relationships and campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated communications strategies across PR, content, social media, and SEO.

Manage the successful delivery of campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Coordinate with internal specialists and wider account teams to achieve campaign objectives and KPIs.

Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing clients with meaningful insights and recommendations.

Maintain a strong understanding of clients' industries, markets, and business goals.

Support account growth by identifying opportunities to add value and strengthen client partnerships.
About You
The successful candidate will:

Have experience in a B2B PR, communications, or integrated marketing agency environment.

Have worked with clients in technology, professional services, legal, recruitment, business advisory, or related sectors.

Demonstrate excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Be highly organised with strong project management capabilities.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bring creativity, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
