We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join a Colchester based business on a permanent basis.
This is a fast paced role, offering plenty of scope for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Analyse financial performance and provide commercial insights
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain financial controls
- Support year-end audit and statutory reporting processes
- Monitor costs and identify opportunities for efficiency savings
- Work closely with operational teams and senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Key skills:
- Part-qualified or qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA
- Previous experience in a management accounting role
- Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload
