Job Introduction You’ll be based at Milestone, a high-support residential service for 14 men with a history of offending and complex presentation that may include dual diagnosis. You will be part of a social care team, working in partnership with clinicians employed by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and London Probation/ Police Services as well.
