We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and motivated Waking Night Support Workers to join our friendly service in Bedford. If you would like a rewarding role supporting individuals with learning and physical disabilities to achieve their life goals and join the local community, then we would love to hear from you.
Support Worker Duties:
- Providing respectful personal care, practical and emotional support,
- Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users,
- Collaborating with colleagues, families and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.
This is a role of 20 hours per week, with shifts being worked Wednesdays and Sundays. At least 12 month’s experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities is essential. We value an engaging, creative, and person-centred approach above all.
