Aspire People is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a number of our Ofsted Outstanding primary schools across Loughborough.
This is your opportunity to truly make an impact – supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Location: Loughborough and surrounding areas Pay: £95 – £110 per day (depending on experience) Start Date: Ongoing roles available – immediate or September start
About the Role:
Supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support plans
Promoting independence and confidence in learning
Helping to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
You will need:
Experience working with children with SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH)
A calm, empathetic and resilient approach
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
A relevant qualification is desirable (e.g. Level 2/3 TA, SEN-related training), but not essential
An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
