A fantastic opportunity for Solicitors with employment litigation experience who are looking to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle a diverse caseload involving all aspects of employment law, predominantly focused on litigation and some advisory work for both employees and employers.
- Provide legal advice on unfair dismissal claims, discrimination, and whistleblowing.
- Draft and advise on employee handbooks and employment contracts.
- Engage in advocacy where appropriate.
- Work closely with the team to provide HR advisory services, guiding businesses through complex employment law requirements.
- Gain hands-on experience across a broad range of claims and defenses, becoming an expert in employment law, negotiation, and settlement tactics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven employment litigation experience.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and procedures.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload.
- Exceptional client care skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
