The Company
A successful business who provides a vast range of products primarily to the catering and hospitality industry, whose core to its continued success is the quality of service and products they offer. Please note due to the location, you will require your own transport – commutable from Thame, Wheatley, Bicester, Aylesbury and surrounds.
The Role
A busy role within a small, but effective team, where you are primarily responsible for providing a friendly, upbeat and professional customer experience. Key duties of this Customer Service Administrator include:
- Liaising with Customers regarding the progress of orders.
- General customer order enquiries and returns.
- Using the business system to record information.
- Processing orders on the business systems within the agreed timescales.
- Setting up new customer accounts.
- Dealing with delivery issues and liaising with our nominated couriers.
- Complaint Handling.
- Other duties include: general administration, covering the telephones, supporting other departments as required.
About You
- Previous experience within a customer service/administrator/order processing role.
- High standard of accuracy.
- Ability to perform well in a busy office environment.
- Reliable with a sense of responsibility essential.
- Enthusiastic, flexible with the desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Package
- Salary £26-27k DOE.
- Mon – Fri 8:30am – 17:00pm.
- Full training is provided on systems and products.
- 24 days holiday + public holidays (increasing with length of service up to a max of 28 days).

- Pension.
- On site parking.
