Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive
Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex
Working Pattern: Hybrid
The Opportunity
An established and highly regarded private law firm in East Sussex is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing commercial property team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a successful practice that is well known for its quality of work and supportive culture.
You will work on a varied and interesting caseload, advising a diverse client base while being encouraged to play an active role in the continued growth of the department.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of commercial property matters, including (but not limited to):
- Sales and acquisitions
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Leases and renewals
- Development work
- Associated transactional matters
About You
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ PQE handling commercial property matters
- Strong technical ability with a commercial and practical approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, client-focused mindset
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- An interest in business development and building client relationships
