Salary: MPS1 – UPS3 + Fringe Allowance
Reed Education are currently working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive middle school in Windsor to recruit a passionate and dedicated Classroom Teacher to join their team from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated teacher to contribute to a thriving school community. A specialism in English, Drama or Food Technology is highly desirable, although strong classroom practitioners from other subject backgrounds will also be considered.
The Role:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across KS2–KS3
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Contribute to the development of English, Drama and/or Food Technology within the school
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within the UK education system
- A specialism or strong interest in English, Drama or Food Technology
- Excellent behaviour management and classroom practice
- A commitment to inclusive education and raising attainment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
