Classroom Teacher (English, Drama or Food Technology Preferred)

Location: Windsor
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: MPS1 – UPS3 + Fringe Allowance

Reed Education are currently working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive middle school in Windsor to recruit a passionate and dedicated Classroom Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated teacher to contribute to a thriving school community. A specialism in English, Drama or Food Technology is highly desirable, although strong classroom practitioners from other subject backgrounds will also be considered.

The Role:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across KS2–KS3
  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners
  • Contribute to the development of English, Drama and/or Food Technology within the school
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within the UK education system
  • A specialism or strong interest in English, Drama or Food Technology
  • Excellent behaviour management and classroom practice
  • A commitment to inclusive education and raising attainment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
