Reed Education is working in partnership with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in South East London to appoint an ambitious and inspiring Assistant Headteacher to join their leadership team from September.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the school and driving continued improvement.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Headteacher with the strategic leadership and operational management of the school
- Leading on teaching and learning, ensuring consistently high-quality practice
- Driving standards and outcomes across the school
- Supporting staff development through coaching, mentoring and CPD
- Championing inclusion, safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
- Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and the wider community

- Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with demonstrable impact
- Have leadership experience within a primary setting
- Possess strong knowledge of curriculum design, assessment and school improvement
- Be passionate about inclusive education and high expectations for all
- Have the ability to lead, inspire and motivate others effectively
