We are currently recruiting for a Scheduling Assistant to join a busy and fast-paced repairs team based in Rochester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous repairs scheduling experience who enjoys working in a customer-focused, high-volume environment.
The role:
You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling repair works, ensuring operatives are deployed efficiently while delivering a high level of service to tenants and clients. You’ll act as a key point of contact, managing diaries, prioritising urgent jobs, and keeping all parties updated.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling responsive and planned repair works
- Managing operatives’ diaries to ensure maximum efficiency
- Liaising with tenants, contractors and internal teams
- Handling incoming calls and updating systems accurately
- Monitoring job progress and resolving scheduling issues
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within repairs or maintenance scheduling
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Communicates confidently with both customers and colleagues
