A prestigious London-based organisation is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team on a maternity contract starting in early August for 15 months. This is a key front-of-house and office operations role, supporting a busy corporate environment and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office functions.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Office Manager or Corporate Administrator who enjoys being hands-on, organised and central to the business.
The Role
- Managing the reception desk and acting as the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues
- Providing professional front-of-house support within a corporate environment
- Coordinating travel arrangements, diary management and meeting support
- Processing expenses and assisting with administrative systems including Concur
- Preparing documents, printing, binding and supporting business materials
- Organising couriers, taxis and guest arrangements
- Supporting HR, Legal, Compliance and Investor Relations teams with ad hoc administration
- Managing business cards, merchandise and office requirements
- Overseeing office supplies, stationery and consumables
- Maintaining stock records, placing orders and keeping spreadsheets up to date
- Managing supplier relationships and ensuring reception-related accounts are maintained
About You
- Previous corporate Office Manager or Office Administrator experience essential
- Polished, professional and confident working in a client-facing environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently
- Strong administrative skills with experience coordinating office operations
- Proactive, reliable and someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities
- Confident supporting senior stakeholders and wider business teams
