Are you an organised and proactive administrator with excellent customer service skills? We are seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our busy team in Dunstable, supporting the day-to-day operation of our fleet department.
An office-based role, the working hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administration experience and fleet knowledge who enjoys working in a varied role and is confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with vehicle breakdown calls and providing support to drivers
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Managing vehicle taxation requirements
- Producing and monitoring credit card reports
- Supporting the daily operation of the fleet function
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Undertaking general administrative duties as required
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a fleet or transport environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Confident PC user with excellent attention to detail
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Due to the location of the office and limited public transport links, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own transport.
