What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning your workload with confidence, accuracy, and pride
- Working closely with Financial Planners to streamline their day and elevate client service
- Attending client meetings and managing complex cases from start to finish
- Processing new business and overseeing full case progression
- Preparing polished documentation, meeting notes, and suitability report drafts
- Keeping compliance at the heart of everything you do
- Being a senior voice in the team, raising standards and supporting others
What You Bring
- Strong experience in IFA / financial planning administration
- Solid understanding of pensions, investments, and protection
- Confidence using financial services platforms and CRMs
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- A proactive, dependable approach with genuine pride in your work
