Core responsibilities
- Manage AI use-case intake and the demand pipeline from initial idea through triage, governance and routing.
- Facilitate discussions with business, technology and area leads to clarify requirements, value, feasibility, risk and reuse.
- Support buy / build / partner / citizen-development routing and ensure the right delivery model is selected.
- Route use cases through OneTrust AI governance, architecture review, SEGA, ServiceNow, Jira and CoE processes as required.
- Maintain the demand register, use-case status, governance evidence, dashboard inputs and KPI/adoption reporting.
- Cluster demand into reusable AI capabilities, skills, agents, MCP/tool patterns and platform requirements.
- Prepare senior management content on use cases, decisions, risks, progress, adoption and CoE roadmap.
- Maintain CoE service documentation, operating-model notes, communications and knowledge-base content.
- Produce AI newsletters, Viva/Teams updates and simple adoption communications.
- Work with Engineers to ensure demand is feasible, secure and aligned to platform standards.
Required skills
- Strong business-facing demand management, stakeholder facilitation and structured problem clarification.
- Good understanding of enterprise AI / GenAI use cases, governance, controls and delivery patterns.
- Ability to translate vague business ideas into clear use cases, requirements and decision points.
- Strong documentation, presentation and senior stakeholder communication.
- Experience with portfolio/demand management, process design, service design, governance and KPI reporting.
- Comfortable working across business, technology, architecture, security, platform, data and delivery teams.
- Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, OneTrust, Confluence / SharePoint, Teams and Viva Engage useful.
- Financial services, asset-management or regulated-environment experience preferred.
Useful evidence when hiring
- Has managed a technology or AI demand pipeline, not just supported individual projects.
- Can explain how to assess use cases for value, feasibility, risk, reuse and delivery route.
- Has produced senior management material and dashboards in a complex stakeholder environment.
- Understands governance without turning every request into heavy process or manual documentation.
