An outstanding preparatory school in Kensington is looking to appoint a caring and committed Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated one-to-one support for a pupil from September.
This rewarding position will involve helping a child access learning, build confidence, and achieve their individual goals throughout the school day. Working closely with teaching staff and the school's learning support team, you will play a key role in ensuring the pupil enjoys a positive and successful educational experience.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience supporting children on a 1:1 basis
- Be patient, empathetic, and adaptable
- Have strong communication skills
- Be confident supporting both academic and social development
- Work effectively as part of a wider support team
