The Role – 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a Year 3 pupil with ASD, providing tailored support to help them engage with learning and develop confidence within the classroom. You will collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted interventions and implement strategies that support academic and social development. The successful candidate will be patient, adaptable, and passionate about making a positive difference in a child's educational journey. Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN is essential.
