Are you a passionate and resilient Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a specialist setting? We are recruiting for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with complex SEMH needs from September.

The Role
- Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with complex needs, helping them access learning and regulate behaviour
- Work closely with class teachers and SEN professionals to deliver tailored support strategies
- Support with emotional regulation, engagement and social development
- Implement individual learning and behaviour plans consistently
- Build a strong, trusting relationship to promote confidence and independence
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience supporting young people with SEMH/complex mental health needs
- Calm, patient and resilient, with a therapeutic and consistent approach
- Able to support behaviour positively and follow structured routines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people
