We are recruiting for 2x Contracts & Scheduling Coordinators to join a busy and growing team in Redhill.
This isn't a job where you will spend all day filing paperwork – You will be coordinating engineers, helping customers, managing urgent callouts, arranging suppliers, supporting contract managers, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
If you enjoy being busy, solving problems, and keeping multiple plates spinning, you'll love this role.
What you will get involved with:
- Scheduling engineers and organising workloads
- Handling customer requests via phone and email
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
- Raising purchase orders
- Supporting invoicing and reporting
- Maintaining client databases and internal systems
- Assisting with contract administration
What you will bring:
- Previous office administration experience
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
