The Position – 2x HLTAs
A welcoming primary school in Southwark is looking to appoint 2x HLTAs to join their team from September, with the possibility of an earlier start for the right candidates. The successful HLTAs will support teaching and learning across the school, delivering targeted interventions, providing classroom support, and covering classes when required. The school is looking for confident individuals who can use their initiative, build positive relationships with pupils and staff, and adapt to the needs of different year groups. Previous experience covering classes is highly desirable, and a HLTA qualification would be advantageous. However, the school is also keen to hear from experienced Teaching Assistants who are ready to step into a more responsible role.
